Repairs & Upgrades

Most IT companies charge extra for diagnostics. We offer that service free of charge. We’ll run your PC through our equipment, diagnose the problem, and notify you before we charge you a penny. We’ll let you know whether it will be cost effective to fix your PC or purchase a new one. If we can fix the problem, we’ll get your permission and move forward.

If your PC isn’t cost effective to fix, we’ll make sure to save your data and transfer it to a new PC that you purchase.

If you need a PC upgrade, we’ll chat with you explaining what you need. We won’t tell you to invest in more RAM when your online bandwidth is the problem. We’ll tell you what each part does and why it will or won’t help you with your computing needs.
