David Bui

David Bui had a successful career in accounting and finance, but he has always had a love for technology and fixing PCs. After years of seeing his wife be much more satisfied in a career as an occupational therapist, he decided he wanted to use his skills to help people too.

He founded PC Laundromat, now BUI Tech, in 2005. He started with fixing PCs for family and friends, and his skill and passion for his work caused word to spread. Soon PC Laundromat was adding business and networking services in addition to PC repair, but remained a small company with personalized, one-on-one service. Bui enjoys fixing PCs far more than crunching numbers in a cubicle, and his customers are grateful for his chosen career path too.

Today, despite the company’s ever-growing success, he still works out of a small office in Mt. Laurel, NJ, with just two employees. David believes that company growth doesn’t cause happiness…it’s the other way around.
